Look what we got:
This weekend we ventured over to IKEA. We never go to IKEA (only because I despise their shopping carts!) so this was huge for us me.
Anyway, I really wanted to create a gallery wall in the living room so we picked up 9 – 20 x 20 Ribba frames. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to do two rows of four or cover the whole wall with three rows of three.
Here’s a play by-play of how our little Saturday went.
Figuring out the layout… hmmm
Visualizing the space with our paper layout.
We used this nifty little block to space them perfectly.
and the finished product!
We ended up doing two rows of three and I think I like it…
I’m still a little unsure if I should add the bottom row or make the two rows with four instead of three.
But I think I’ll make that decision further down the road once I purchase the rest of the accessories. I plan to add floor lamps on either side of the sofa, so thats why we left a little space next to the sofa.
Thoughts?

I think I like the three rows….
And I totally crack up at the picture of your husband holding up the starburst mirror!!!! How many husbands have to do that on a daily basis???
Tough choice. I like both, but I think I lean towards three rows of three.
Hahaha! I thought I was the only one that had issues with IKEA shopping carts! 🙂
